OK, I privately admit it – I do have a vegan superiority complex. This is a briefly and sweetly, if elaborately, satirical piece from Matt Janko, a student at the University of Massachusettes.
“According to research conducted by Annie Potts of the University of Canterbury, there’s a new way for vegans/vegetarians to flaunt their health- and eco-consciousness. While some vegans choose only to engage other vegans, others are using their sexuality as a powerful tool to convert naive meat-eaters (like yours truly). In a NY Times exposé of the world of vegansexuality, Ingrid Newkirk of PETA claims that an effective method of attracting omnivores is through nascent, non-traditional vegan wiles.”
I have never tried this. Well, Matt wouldn’t like it.
